All advice and guidance are provided professionally, but results are not guaranteed as they depend on various external factors.2. Payment and Fees
Payment for consultations must be made in full at the time of booking via Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but you will only be charged the price listed at the time of your booking.3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and RefundsRescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before our scheduled time using the link in your calendar invite.Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for the consultation will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Refunds are not provided for completed services.4. Intellectual Property
Any materials, templates, or resources provided during our consultation remain the intellectual property of KofanET Educational Consulting and are for your personal or internal business use only. They may not be resold or redistributed.5. Limitation of Liability
